Procedures

C & N Party Rentals has a complete showroom displaying many items from our inventory. We encourage you to visit us to view the items you are interested in renting. If the item you wish to see is not on display, we will happily bring it from our warehouse for you to view.

Pricing
Prices are quoted for one day of use. This means the rental will be received the day prior to the event and returned the day after the event. Additional charges may apply for same day delivery and pick-up by C&N Party Rentals. Special rates are available for longer-term rentals. Additional charges will be incurred if the customer does not return the merchandise to C & N by the date on the rental contract. Prices are subject to change.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is charged, based on the dollar amount of your order. It is a separate charge, collected in advance of your rental. Security deposits can be made with cash, check or major credit card. Security deposits are refunded by check (excluding credit card deposits), ten days after the return of rental equipment. If the rental items are returned dirty, damaged, or are missing, a replacement or service charge will be deducted from the security deposit.

Cancellations
We accept cancellations and reductions of rental orders without charge if we are notified within three business days of the scheduled delivery or customer pick up of the items. Within three business days, the customer is responsible for total payment. Canopies and tents are excluded from this cancellation policy, as different procedures apply. There are no refunds on unused equipment.

Tent Contracts
Because of their value and limited availability, tents are subject to different rental terms and conditions. A special tent contract is required to confirm the reservation of a canopy or tent. The completed tent contract will be prepared for you at the time of your reservation. A maximum of two weeks will be allowed for the returned of the signed contract. Until the tent contract is signed and returned, the tent reservation is not confirmed. Upon signing the contract, the customer is responsible for payment of the tent rental, even if the customer chooses to cancel the reservation.

Special Instructions
The rental contract states the condition in which specific items should be returned. Please read and follow these terms. The customer will be charged a replacement cost and/or service fee for items not returned in the proper condition and containers.
